Some Of The Ways I Study

Hey everyone! Soooo, school is starting again. That means more studying and less free time. Studying is one of those things I used to dread because I didn’t know what to do or how to start. That is why this week I wanted to share some effective ways I study in honor of back to school season because maybe some of my studying methods can help you.
1. Looking back at old quizzes and test
One way to know what to study is to look over old quizzes and tests. Looking over old questions and seeing what you got wrong can give you an idea of what to study. I take the questions I got wrong and make flashcards or use Quizlet to study the questions.

2. Simply, reading the chapters and taking notes
When I have classes that involve a lot of reading, like English and History. I like to take notes as I read. Then, I write a summary to see how much I can remember. After taking notes, I read them over and over again to memorize them.

3. Using repetition
When I was in middle school, I used to take notes and write them over and over again until the test. Did my hands hurt? Yes. But, I did learn what I needed for class. Sometimes, I still do this because this is one of the best forms of studying for me. However, I still read the notes over and over because using repetition can be the best way for your brain to recall information.

I hope you found some new ways to study. I had to try a lot of study methods until I found one that was right for me. It’s going to be a lot of trials and eras. It’s also going to be boring, and sometimes you feel like giving up, but when that happens just take a break. NOT STUDYING FOR 5 MINUTES AND TAKE A 2-HOUR BREAK!!! Just take a 5 or 10-minute break to get some water, maybe a snack, and regain focus. I know it can be hard to study sometimes, but remember it will be over soon. Check out some videos down below for more back-to-school tips! Bye, everyone!!! See you next week :))
